My treatments are stand-alone therapies that complement your wellness journey, offering focused support for everything from emotional clarity and joint pain, to glowing skin and hormonal balance. These treatments use time-honoured techniques—like warm oil therapy, herbal scrubs, and nourishing facials—to gently guide the body back into harmony.

Helps with hay fever, migraines, clears the sinuses, improves complexion, brightens the eyes, and promotes a sense of clarity and calm.
Netra Tarpana (Eye Care)
A therapeutic treatment where medicated ghee is placed over the eyes to nourish and rejuvenate them. It helps in improving vision, reducing eye strain, and promoting overall eye health.
Benefits
Relieves dryness, reduces puffiness, and enhances eye health. It’s a great treatment for those who spend long hours in front of screens.
Pre-Massage Care
Consent Form
A consent form will be sent to you prior to the treatment, which should be completed before you arrive. Currently, The Ayurveda Sanctuary does not offer pre-natal care.
AVOID HEAVY MEALS
Try to avoid eating a heavy meal about 1-2 hours before the massage. It’s best to eat something light and easy to digest. A full stomach can make you feel uncomfortable during the massage, especially if the abdomen area is worked on.
WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can easily remove, as the massage will require you to disrobe.
ARRIVE EARLY
Arriving 10-15 minutes early can help you relax and settle in before your treatment. This allows you to take a few deep breaths and mentally prepare for the experience.
CLEANSE YOUR BODY
It is recommended to shower before the massage to cleanse the body of any impurities, dirt, or sweat. This can enhance the absorption of the therapeutic oils during the massage.
TO CONSIDER...
It’s generally not recommended to have a massage immediately after waxing, due to skin sensitivity. Please ensure that treatments are booked 2-3 days post any beauty treatments.
