There are 5 steps in this Padyanga treatment, beginning with a herbal infused foot soak, followed by a natural foot scrub. After the scrub, warm herbal oil is applied and massaged into the calves, ankles and feet, helping to melt away any built up tension. A natural mask is applied to the legs and feet, and the treatment finishes with a toning and moisturizing ritual, with a luxurious body butter leaving your feet deeply hydrated, soft, and nourished.

Kind Words
“I was struggling with what felt like excess heat in my body which was making me frustrated, agitated and uncomfortable. Indi listened to how I was feeling and we discussed my overall lifestyle from food to family. She made me understand why I was feeling like I had a raging fire in me! Some simple changes, mindset shifts, diet adjustments and natural herbs have helped calm my mind and body. I feel like the heat is now calming which in turn helps my racing mind. I’ve been sleeping well and am getting my energy and power back. I can see the positive results within in a few weeks and am looking forward to continuing improving my mind, body and health. I’m so grateful that the advice and adaptations to my lifestyle are helping everything fall into place!

Pre-Massage Care

Consent Form

A consent form will be sent to you prior to the treatment, which should be completed before you arrive. Currently, The Ayurveda Sanctuary does not offer pre-natal care.

AVOID HEAVY MEALS

Try to avoid eating a heavy meal about 1-2 hours before the massage. It’s best to eat something light and easy to digest. A full stomach can make you feel uncomfortable during the massage, especially if the abdomen area is worked on.

WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can easily remove, as the massage will require you to disrobe.

ARRIVE EARLY

Arriving 10-15 minutes early can help you relax and settle in before your treatment. This allows you to take a few deep breaths and mentally prepare for the experience.

CLEANSE YOUR BODY

It is recommended to shower before the massage to cleanse the body of any impurities, dirt, or sweat. This can enhance the absorption of the therapeutic oils during the massage.

TO CONSIDER...

It’s generally not recommended to have a massage immediately after waxing, due to skin sensitivity. Please ensure that treatments are booked 2-3 days post any beauty treatments.
